GENERAL CONDITIONS

All purchases made in REBECA SIWADY are subject to the general conditions of purchase set out in this document.

I.- PRICES 

All prices shown are VAT (taxes) included.

II.- FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept: 

a) VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards

We remind you that the data required will be strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for processing the payment. The operations will be carried out through the bank's secure payment system, which guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by our clients.

The amount of the order will be charged to the card account at the time of purchase.

In the event that any of the items in the order is out of stock or there is any incident in its dispatch, the corresponding amount will be refunded on the card, or another of the same or higher characteristics will be offered.

b) Bank Transfer

Once the payment has been made, you must notify by e-mail to rebecascuadra@gmail.com, in the best case with an image of the bank receipt.

The product will be sent when we have verified the transaction corresponding to the order in our bank account. If the payment is by bank transfer, it usually takes between 24-48 hours to reach our account. Always keep the bank receipt.

In the event that any of the items in the order is out of stock or there is any incident in its shipment, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the bank account that you indicate within a period of no more than 30 days, or another of the same features or higher will be offered.

c) Cash on delivery

The product will be sent when we have previously confirmed the order and coordinated the delivery. The payment will be made in cash on delivery. Applies only in Greater San Salvador.

III.- DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and / or handling costs are not included in the price of the products and will be shown to you before finalizing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order.

The delivery times are referential. In the event that there is any lack of stock or availability of an item, we will contact the customer to notify him/her immediately and give him a new delivery time or, if it is not possible to send him the same product, proceed to cancel the order. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.

Every effort will be made to fulfill our obligations arising from your purchase. However, we will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance if they are due to things beyond our control or the courier, that is, outside the company REBECA SIWADY. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as it is reasonably possible and in advance in coordination with the buyer.

a) Shipments in El Salvador

• Greater San Salvador: for all orders whose address are in Greater San Salvador, the delivery time is 24-48 hours depending on the address and provided that the order is placed before 12 noon and the ordered item is available in stock. Delivery is made door to door.

b) Shipments outside of El Salvador

IV. WARRANTY AND RETURNS OF ITEMS

If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchase to the following address: 99 Av. Norte, Calle El Tanque # 130, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador.

You must first contact us at +503 77697890 to send a return authorization.

The maximum period to request a refund is stipulated in 3 business days from receipt of the order.

When you call us we greatly appreciate having the purchase invoice and your personal information at hand.

The circumstances that can cause a return are the following: 

a) You will not be able to return a product to us and claim a refund in the following cases: Products that have been used; any product packaged in sealed plastic that was opened or its packaging generally damaged.

b) Defective product of origin: Once REBECA SIWADY receives the defective product, it will send you another. In this case, the change will always be made for the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, and REBECA SIWADY will be responsible for the costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the costs for return and new shipping will not be assumed by REBECA SIWADY. You will not be able to return a product to us as defective and claim a refund if the product has been used in a different way than that described in its instructions for use.

c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: REBECA SIWADY will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.

d) In the event that it is a gift: It can be exchanged if the product has the security seal or complete vignettes and as long as it is in perfect condition. The amount of the purchase will never be refunded but the exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher amount. The costs for return and new shipment of the product, and the price difference, if any, will be borne by the person making the change.

If you receive an item with its packaging damaged, you must record this on the receipt from the courier who delivers the package, otherwise we will not be able to manage an incident for this concept.

V. FORCE MAJEURE 

In cases of events beyond our control that hinder the manufacture or delivery of the goods, REBECA SIWADY will have the right to delay it, and if the causes persist for more than one month, to cancel the orders, without obligation of compensation in any case. These events will be considered, among others, exhaustion of the product, strikes, lack of transportation, accidents in factories, fires and, in general, any cause independent of the will of REBECA SIWADY.

VI. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These conditions, both for their application and their interpretation, will be regulated by Salvadoran law. The parties undertake to amicably resolve any difference that may arise regarding these conditions. In the event that an amicable solution is not possible, and a judicial dispute is appropriate, both parties agree, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the city of San Salvador.

VII. TERM AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

The prices indicated for each product correspond to the public sale price per unit and to them only. You have to add the shipping costs that are specified for each destination. The prices are shown in dollars of the United States of America. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times, and are valid only in the open session. In the order confirmation information, the prices of each of the items chosen and the specification of the delivery costs that will be applicable to the operation are clearly specified, prior to the buyer accepting the operation.

REBECA SIWADY reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) without prior notice.
